Launch vendors whose trial and 10-day grace have both ended without a card. Nothing happens to them until you approve. Untick anyone to give them 7 more days instead.

Flagged

Chargebacks and duplicate subscriptions. Check the vendor in Stripe (refund a duplicate there), then clear the flag.
